Which program should I start with?

First, you simply need to consider if you want to work on skill & technique, or fitness.

If you want to work on Fitness, many customers prefer the Surf Athlete program which is a step-by-step, laid out day by day, fitness program.

For technique and skill, we recommend you look at either the Cardboard Surfer or the Surf Skate program.
