Quick answer, no. The program does not cover "rehab" scenarios. It's far too broad of scope, and it opens a requirement for rehab methods for every single body part, which would be far too exhaustive, and not to mention, rehab should be dealt with in a practitioner-supervised setting.
With that said, it's not overly aggressive in programming until later stages, so with some basic awareness on your part, you'd likely be all good with the training.
